Shelby and Jeff are two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Not only are they fellow dog fanatics, but they also share a love for good typography. Shelby pointed out on her wedding day that the font she has on her invites is the same I use! Shelby stayed true to herself by wearing tennis shoes on her wedding day. I LOVE that!! I love it when brides break the norms of traditional weddings and allow their personalities to be reflected in their wedding. All the ladies got ready at the Marriott by the plaza and the room they had was perfect. I love the photos of them toasting on the bed. Shelby and Jeff shared their first look at their reception site which was just around the corner from the hotel everyone was getting ready at. I just love these images of them, they were so excited to see each other! Next we went to Loose park where I got my favorite bridesmaid photo! I love how the tree seemingly frames the girls. Then we went to the pond where Shelby and Jeff met their wedding day mallard! Ha! Of course, we then had to stop by Liberty memorial. The skyline is too hard to pass up! Their ceremony and reception was at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and I loved the flowers that Shelby and her mom made! They were the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. After the ceremony I snuck them outside for a few photos and these two were so snuggly. I loved it!! Their reception was so much fun!! I can just hear the father of the bride’s speech when looking at those photos! The photo bus was at the reception and everyone LOVED having them there! I even jumped in the bus for a few photos! Shelby and Jeff, it was a true pleasure getting to know you!
